Master Roll Manufacturing is a dedicated division of M. Brashem, Inc., focused on precision manufacturing and reconditioning of rolls and critical components for the steel coil and toll processing industries, as well as OEM equipment manufacturers.
With more than 25 years of experience, we support coil processors, steel service centers, and OEMs with precision-engineered rolls, backups, arbors, mandrels, welded assemblies, and custom-machined components. Customers rely on us for consistent quality, dependable turnaround, and components built to meet exact equipment specifications.
As a manufacturing partner, Master Roll Manufacturing combines deep machining expertise with hands-on problem-solving and full in-house capabilities. We work directly with maintenance teams, engineers, and OEMs to produce new components, restore existing rolls, and reverse engineer parts when original drawings aren’t available. Extending equipment life, reducing downtime, and supporting our customers’ production is our priority.
Operating from a 71,000 square foot facility in New Carlisle, Indiana, Master Roll Manufacturing brings machining, hardening, finishing, and inspection processes under one roof for control, consistency, and throughput across every project. With in-house capabilities including CNC turning, induction hardening, super-finishing, and certified inspection, we deliver precision, consistency, and reliability on every project.
