Master Roll Manufacturing has been producing and reconditioning a variety of steel work rolls, backup bearings, arbors, and mandrels for the coil and toll processing industries for over 20 years. Our team of metal working professionals have over 100 years of combined industry experience. As a result, we are able to reverse engineer any roll without an original drawing. Once we measure and create a drawing, it's added to our permanent file and is easily accessible for years to come.
We provide precision pistons used in die-casting equipment worldwide and can also provide high quality machining services, complete roll reconditioning, and induction hardening.
